Hello
I use skt-medical-pro and have problem for “Book an Appointment” form.1- At home page slider a make
<h2>Book an Appointment</h2>
[appointment to_email=”[email protected]”]
I have test but mail come not to my mail. How can do work that form.2- How can i change fields “Book an Appointment” form.
