    Hello and a happy new year.
    I have purchased Design Agency theme and it would be very helpful for me if i could be able to duplicate the “About us” section of the three boxes,so to create a second or even a third raw of boxes in which i could present my business services more stylish.
    Is there any way i could do it?

    You can use the column shortcodes like 3 column shortcode via Appearance>Theme Options>Shortcodes to make use of the similar style.

    Our theme also supports shortcodes ultimate plugin which also gives you options like these and you can use that plugin and get similar style.
