skt-cutsnstyle Pro section wrong place

I am unable to move down the section “our services ”

My issue is the part “our service”, it appear just under the slider and i could not find a way to move it down

I would like the part “PRESENTATION ” in first and then “our service” i haven’t find anything in theme option

Thanks for you answer it’s strange because the free version show the par ”our services” much lower in the page.
