SKT Clean Pro – modify header area

Hi:

I have a client that wants me to modify the header area to do the following:
1. Put the login/register & search functions on the right hand side of the header area
2. Put the Navigation Bar “below” the header image area

He wants me to duplicate the header layout you can see at this URL: https://www.owpdestin.com/default.php

This is the URL for the website I created for the client using the SKT Clean PRO theme: https://rlphoa.com/

Is this possible and if so, can you please give me the CSS code to make this change?

I’d be willing to pay for this work if it is not simple/
