SKT Christmas Theme news module doesn't show

Hi
I recently started a site with the Christmas theme and the shortcode for the news section isn´t working, apparently the height and style for the text works but is the [posts-style4 show=”3″ cat=”” excerptlength=”15″] part of the code that is not working.
this is the url for the website:
http://162.144.156.167/~navidadenelcampo/
You can see the “lastest news” section at the bottom before the footer.
it seems weird to me because i also used the “OUR EVENTS” section of the theme and the shortcode for this section seems to work pretty normal.
