    How do I set up the default contact form so that when someone sends a message it goes to the correct email address. The same with the news letter options.

    Hi Cara,

    You can use plugin Contact Form 7 and use their shortcode in the pages.

    For the newsletter its a static HTML we have placed. You can completely remove it and replace it with your own coding instead.
