Hi,

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

@media screen and (max-width:479px) {
.nivoSlider img {
    max-width: 135% !important;
    width: 135% !important;
    margin-left: -35%;
}
}
