How can I delete the percentages from the skills bar? I would like to show the bars in different sizes as they do now, but I would not like to have the percentage number shown. Can you please help me?

I have another question:
How do I get the quotations marks to close on the What Others Say section? Only the beginning quotation marks appear but not the ones at the end of the testimonial

I mean at the end of the actual quote. On the actual testimonial not on the title.

That deleted the beginning quotation mark. I would like for both of them to show. I mean the beginning and the end quotation marks to display. How do I do that?
