Skill Bars / Opening Hours

I have the “Fitness Pro”theme. I cannot find the section for editing the sidebar “Skills bar graph” and “Opening hours” I need to change the content and the hours. Where can I edit this? Also under the skill bar “Nutrition” is completely spelled wrong to neutrition. Also I don’t want the bottom footer “Quick Links.” How can I get rid of this? Also Client Testimonial nowhere to be found. This theme by far is very complicated and not user friendly.

Hi Jimmy,

Kindly go to Appearance>>Widget>>Main Sidebar

Drag and drop text widget in main sidebar and add Skill bar shortcode inside that widget. You will find “Our Skill” shortcode in Appearance>>Theme Option>>Shortcodes

Same steps for the Opening Hours.
