Show Toolbar when viewing site

The black wordpress toolbar shows up correctly in the back end but disappears when I look at the front of the site. I have ticked USERS >> +Show Toolbar when viewing site
This doesn’t seem to make any difference.

I have checked updates and the theme (Construction Pro) and WordPress are the latest available.

Any ideas?

Yes toolbar isn’t showing from the latest WordPress.

Hi, has the issue been resolved? I’m using the Naturo theme, and the admin toolbar is missing when I view the site.

Never mind. Once I uploaded my logo,my toolbar is back reappeared.
