Set height of Homepage Boxes and Icon

Hello

1: How do I set the height of a homepage box? I want the four of them to be consistant and aligned regardless if there is ten or thirty words in the box
2: When I allocate a page (example About Us) to one of the boxes, the icon dissapears. How do I bring it back for all four boxes?

1. Kindly show us website URL for this.
2. Kindly right click and save the icon and then set up as featured image in that page.
