Selecting specific "news" catagory Build Pro

I have set up my blog as per directions for a specific category but it still pulls from “Latest” post.

What would the code be to show only from category “News”?

I have had to adjust the time stamp on the post in order to have it look correct on the site. But this is simply a band-aid. Any help would be appreciated.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.widget-column-4 { margin-top:80px; margin-left:-155px;}
