Secure Pro, Edit Homepage in SKT Page Builder

I bought recently the Secure Pro theme and I am having issues managing the home sections. I followed all the steps but when I open up the home page in SKT Page Builder to make changes, all the content of the theme homepage disappears. I reinstalled the theme again and I am facing the same problem. Literally, I can’t see the sections of the homepage to edit when I open up it in SKT Page Builder.

The other issue I am having is everything I edit and save in the services section doesn’t appear live on the website.
