Sections doesn't Work

When I try to use the Sections part of the Theme Options, I see dropdown menus for the sections, but there are no options to select – just “select a page”. I would like to be able to turn off some of these sections also and the options don’t show up like they do in the documentation.

Yes, I had… interestingly, everything is working as expected this morning.
My apologies, it must have had something to do with the install or new host.
