Screen Width on Mobile Devices

Hello,

I am using White theme. Site works fine on desktop, laptop browsers, but when I view the site (home page) on my iPad or iPhone, the site displays 3/4th of the screen in width. It does not take on the full width of my mobile devices.

However, when I click other tabs and come back to home screen, full width is displayed. How do I fix this? I had cleared all cache and other settings on my mobile device to make sure nothing is interfering with display. Still the same result.
