Rename the READ MORE button of a Blog post

I would like to know how to rename the READ MORE button of a Blog post in the SKT SOLAR POWER theme.

Kindly go to theme folder > templates > post-layout4.php line number 73.

Hi,
I did as you said, but no change in renaming the READ MORE button.
In other words, despite the modification in the post-layout4.php file, the name of the button remains unchanged.
I still need help.
