Remove image from Featured Box

Hi,

If I change the Featured Image of a page, the same image is shown in the Featured box on the homepage. How can I delete the image from the Featured box?

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

.feature-box img{display:none;}
