Remove Footer Lines & Center

I am only using 3 out of the 4 footer sections. How do I remove the horizontal lines that appear for the 2 blank sections, under where their titles would be?

Also, can I center the 2 sections that I have remaining?

Hi Lori,

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

#footer-wrapper .container{text-align:center;}
.cols-3 {display: inline-block; text-align: left; vertical-align: top; width: 25%; float:none;}
