Remove content in footer

Could somebody please help me with the following: I would like to remove ‘recent tweets’ and ‘recent posts’ in the footer. please see www.eefjeszorg.nl
How do I do this?

And how do I now replace the Contact and Follow us from the outside to the middle?

Yes, I would like to place the contact and follow us to the middle of the footer. Now they are on the left and on the right. Can you help me?

All 4 are widgets so copy the text from left and right and add text widget and paste them there: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4a1cR34OGMU

And in the last 2 areas place blank text widgets to remove default.
