remove automatic link from boxes

I’ve read some other posts on this topic but doesn’t seem to be quite what I’m looking for: Site Link

I like the hover feature on the pleasure box but don’t need any linking and can’t find where to remove this feature. It always wants to link to something.

I completely uncommented these lines in the css but no luck
