Recipe text extension in Pizza theme

Hi,

web: www.pastisseriagirones.cat (under construction)

For this website we use the Pizza theme.
On the home page, in the vertical slider of the recipes, we want all the text that we enter in the recipes to be displayed. Now only the first 5 lines are shown.

Also we would like to be able to edit the texts of the recipes using text justification, bold texts…
Now even if we highlight words in the text with bold or justify lines, this is not reflected in the front-end of the web.

How can we fix this?
