    Dear Shri,
    Do you have integration files for QTranslate (Lawzo Pro theme)  as mentioned on https://qtranslatexteam.wordpress.com/integration/
    I managed to make the pages, news etc bilingual . But could not see same options for the pages given by “Theme options”

    These shortcodes help translate areas of theme options like sections and slider.

We can for once do this on 1 slider and 1 section if you find it difficult to do yourself.
