problems with theme footer

I purchased and uploaded the gravida pro theme for my website nailglazing.com
I’m trying to alter or remove some information on the bottom of the main page where it is displaying ‘most recent tweets for sktthemes’

How do I manipulate this to read either my own twitter info, or delete it all together?

I can’t find info in the documentation, or menu structure.
