Problem with Read More "Girlie" and Blog Title

Hi, I’m still having some issues with the “read more” option on Girlie Theme.

1. The Buttton is overlaying the text here. Is is possible for the featured text to appear without format? Like Bold, italic and font size to be ignored?

2. The Blog page ( http://passaroprincipe.com.br/blog/ ) shows some Issues like the Post Name that is too small (like a regular text) and hiding texts within the post. I wanted to put the Post Title in Bold and a bigger size and different colour, so it can differentiate of the normal text.

Kindly go to Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings>Custom CSS box:
Paste this css code in custom css box

.news {min-height:475px;}
.post-title {font-weight:700; font-size:30px; color:#227aad;}
