    I think You have shared a wrong screenshot?

    Can you send us the correct screenshot of your issues?

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    @media screen and (max-width:479px) {
.skt-builder-flipcard .skt-builder-flipcard-front, .skt-builder-flipcard .skt-builder-flipcard-back, .skt-builder-flipcard { height:510px !important;}
}
