    Hi,

    I just purchased the Pro version of the Panoroma theme. When I downloaded the theme after purchase it did not include a .zip file, it’s just a folder. I’m unable to upload it to the website.

    Please help.

    Hi Kent,

    Some browsers (e.g. Safari) automatically extract zip files. Right click on the download link and select “Save Linked File As”, which will allow you to download it as a zip file.
