Post images from preview on post page

Hello,

I’m hoping you can help me. On the home page when I display a new post I associate it with a feature image so it displays with an image alongside it. However, that feature image is also coming up in the post page itself (eg. See homepage in latest post and if you go to this link you will see the orange logo comes up on the top here: http://www.fitnessconnection.ca/don-mills-location/bootcamp-schedule-winter/)

Is there a way if its set as a feature image that it only comes up on the home page image and not in the post itself?

Any help is appreciated.
