Picart, sections not showing

I have installed Picart on two sites. On http://stoneaccentsdesign.com all of the sections show up but on http://www.needlefeltedpitbullportraits.com almost nothing is there.

I like to set up practice sites when I work with a new theme, http://stoneaccentsdesign.com will be the practice site and http://www.needlefeltedpitbullportraits.com will be the real site so I really need that one to work.

I tried installing another template then reinstalling Picart but it was the same thing, most of the sections do not show up.

I used the same zip file for both installs.

Kindly go to Setting>>Reading>>Select your latest posts

That did the trick. I am very impressed with theme and think it will be a good fit with my product. Thanks for the prompt help.
