Hi,

You have to create page for every box, box title is coming from that page title, box text is coming from that page content and the button text is coming from: Appearance >> Customize >> Section Buttons >> Featured Block Button Text.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.promo-left, .promo-right { width:auto;}
.promo-right .sktmore { font-size:20px;}
