I don’t want to have a feature picture on any of my pages. Instead, I would like to show the page content right after the header. This was possible automatically on the regular version of Gravida. The Pro version is forcing me to have a feature picture because I cannot find a way to turn it off.
How can I remove or hide the top gray banner when you don’t have a feature picture set for the page? See sample URL.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Lucio,
You can use one image for all the inner pages. Kindly go to Appearance>>Customize>>Post and Page>>Page header setting and upload header image from there.
If you dont want header image then go to Appearance>>Customize>>Basic>>Custom CSS Box
Add this code there:
.page_head{display:none;}
Regards,
Dave
This code worked for me. thank you.
