Page Heading not Appearing in Page Listing

I have two requests:
1. instructions for adding audio samples to my front page where the audio icons are
2. I’ve been trying to change the title of one of my page headings (Masks). However, when I go to page menu to select the particular page (Masks), it is not listed. Nonetheless, it is definitely showing as a page option on my website.
