I need to edit the size of the image on the individual team pages. The images on the main page are fine but when you click the image to be taken to that specific team members’ page, the image is large and pushes the text below the fold. I would like to have the image on the left and the text to the right of the image.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:
Add this code there:
.post-thumb {float:left; margin:25px 30px 0 0; width:30%;}
