    For this site : http://sktthemesdemo.net/architect/ there is a “Our Partners” slider on the bottom. Is there a way to make a section with short code for another theme using this?

    You may add a client rotator plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-client-logo-carousel/

    Or find another suitable plugin which will work similar to the one we have added there.
