Kindly go to Appereance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

.section-teammember { width:auto; margin:auto; display:table;}
.team_column { margin-right:0; width:auto;}
.panel { padding:0 15px;}
.panel .front { position:relative;}
