Hi!
I purchased Online Coach on the 23rd of June this year (2020) and it said that support lasts until 23rd of June 2021 (one year). Now I got an e-mail saying the following:
Your theme order has expired
An updated theme means that you can easily update your current WordPress version to a newly updated WordPress version i.e. 5.5.1.
Since the theme you are using was purchased a year ago, you need to update it with the new version. By doing this you will have a more secure website.
In order to get access to new features added to the theme with 1 year support get your order renewed by paying only $18 USD.
Has my support expired? Do I have access to an updated version of the theme? Do I have to redownload the theme and if yes, how do I do that?
