New Pages Not Showing, Menu Cannot be Created

This theme http://sktthemesdemo.net/gradiation/ has issues I am making new pages but they are not showing, menu is also not showing.

I need dummy data to complete the set-up as your demo website http://sktthemesdemo.net/gradiation/

The pages and menu bug will also need to be resolved. Please advice?
