Need to integrate Mailchimp Pop-Up code in footer, coffee shop theme – not worki

I need to imbed this code into my footer, to make a Mailchimp Newsletter email subscription pop-up on the front page, it should come after 20 seconds:

The script is:

It does not work though.

Is there something with my SKT Coffee Shop theme that is messing with it?
