    Hi, I’m having trouble getting the theme to resize smoothly. Please can you help with the following issues

    1. Defining at what screen size the toggle menu appears and when the normal menu appears.
    2. Stopping fade in and float left functions so that boxes can stack underneath in the center of the page
    3. Help with defining when the footer menu stacks and removing unused column
    4. Having the slider caption appear on all sizes of screen as currently it has had to be removed.
