NatureOne Pro right sidebar and Recent works

How can i change the color of the blog sidebar? and how can i make the content of “Recent works” appears? ( im using the shortcode [work] but it doesnt work.)

For sidebar:
Kindly go to Appereance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

.sidebar-blog { background-color:#8eaf89 !important;}
