Nature One Pro missing Footer Widget 1, 2 and 3

According to the documentation I should have a Footer Widget 1 and 2 and 3 so that I can change the footer content. But I cant because i only got  one footer widget. Does anyone knows why this anomaly?

Hi,
Sorry solved it.

Given you re-access to the theme till 31st May. Kindly download the theme from here:
sktthemes.net/my-account/ (use forgot password in case you forgot)

Theme Instructions after download:

Kindly visit Appearance>Themes>Activate some other theme for the time being.

Then click on old Pro theme and delete it. Don’t worry deleting the theme doesn’t delete its settings at all.

Then visit Appearance>Themes>Add New and upload the zip you just downloaded of the new theme.

And Activate.

That’s it. Hope you enjoy the updated latest theme.

I notice there ia a flaw on the menu of the last updated Nature One Pro theme.

When you add a submenu the box stays black.

Hope you can find the problem.
