Hi, I am using the widget “Shortcodes Ultimate” in the side bar with:
[:en][contactform to_email=”[email protected]” title=”Contact”][:es][contactform to_email=”[email protected]” title=”Contacto”][:]
And titles work fine. I would like to see where is the code that produces the actual form to also incorporate the translation tags in the field labels.

Could you please let me know what the file is?

You will find the contact form code there.
