Hi I have had the exact same issue I have emailed you and you have stated check my spam junk folder and its clearly not there. I have a receipt and that’s it! I am requesting a refund .
@Martin: As explained on email you have sent us an eCheque via PayPal which takes time to process it shows will be processed on 24th so kindly either cancel the current payment and pay using instant PayPal payment for instant download or else wait till 24th October.
