Hi I have the same problem and tried what you suggested without any luck. How can I fix?

All you need to do is go to sktthemes.net/my-account/

Login using email id and password.

Click on downloads section in my-account

Download the latest theme.

Activate some other theme and delete the old one.

Upload and activate the new theme.
​
​Clear browser cache after that.
