Move Social icons in the header

Hi there again :),

We are using SKT Blendit theme in this website http://www.impactsafetygroup.com.au/ and we need to add social icons on the center of the header area, inline the Office phone number. Please advice how to achieve this and what code to use? thank you in advance.
