Modifying Company News section

I modified the “company news” section with a different image.  There used to be an image of a man now I have put something else in there which is a different size altogether than the original picture.  This picture now a border around it that does not fit my picture but it seems to still be formatted for with the default picture.  How is this modified or fixed, or even removed?
