    Hi,

    In the Google Search console, under the “structured data” tab, I get the following message:
    Error Type
    Missing: author
    19 Items with Error
    There does not appear to be a “call to author” in the single.php code. Are you able to update this for me?

    Thanks, Shri. The plugin does not make clear where to enter the author. Where do you recommend I do this?

    A quick update: I added the “author” under the “articles” tab. However, I am unable to add it to my homepage. I tried via the “Appearance” tab on the WordPress dashboard. How can I add the author to my homepage?

    Here author means blog author? Or team member?
