On the demo the menu has lowercase words on above the Clickable Uppercase words. How do I edit my menu to do that?

Please log into the forum to check what i wrote i think the email response that you get deletes codes and special characters.

Thanks for the quick response. I have uploaded the demo so I am ok with that. I have my menu written out like that, but what I am getting is all upcase.
