menu active not correct

When I scroll down the page on the vCard theme, it shows the current section on the left, but it doesn’t line up correctly. In this image, I clicked on “Contact” and that is clearly the section showing, but the menu active color bar is showing on the previous section. How do I line these up correctly to that the menu active changes with the top of each section and not the bottom?

Thank you. That fixed the current menu item, but now the mobile menu color has reverted back to red.

If you click, the options show in pink, but the background starts out as red. I still have this CSS code:
@media screen and (max-width:479px) {
.toggleMenu { background-color:#fe419b;}
}

How do I make it pink instead of red?
