Max mega menu in headercode

Hi, I have Adventure theme and I’m using Max Mega Menu plugin. If I set mega menu shortcode in to the header code it shows up but it doesn’t show sub menu top of page content, limits menu to the header section. If I put same menu in page section it will work fine top of the content. Don’t know if this is theme issue or I should contact to Mega Menu but I ask here first because service has been excellent. Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

#content { position:relative; z-index:1;}
.shorthead { overflow:visible !important;}
