mark links on hover

This time, I suppose, that you may rebuff my request, and you will be certainly right. But I can’t cope with this task by myself so far.
I need to underline the links, which are hovered by the mouse in the sidebar menu and to mark the lines in the drop-down menu in my menu-bar.

A bit tricky for this.

A custom requirement actually. If you can pay we can do it for you. I am not sure if i am supposed to ask for extra but somewhat custom and should take some time to do it.
